Ever read it? Did it work for you?
If you don't know basically its a book that convinces you to stop smoking by persuading you that you don't actually enjoy it at all and makes the whole thing start to seem disgusting. I know 2 people who have read it and say that by the end of the book they had to literally force themselves to continue smoking (he stipulates that you do this while your reading the book) cos it felt so disgusting.
I'm about a third of the way through, and have really started to question whether I'm ever actually enjoying cigarettes at all. I think it's gonna work. I'm basically allowing myself to be brainwashed though and feel a little bit uneasy about this.
