Beginning next week, and for the duration of Lent, I shall embark on a vegetarian diet.
What I would like to know is; what do I need to get that'll replenish what I lose from eating meat? Lots and lots and lots of eggs? Vitamin supplements?
Also, should I wean (lol) myself off meat until then, or have a massive mixed grill the day before?
S'pose I could've Googled this, but I think this way is more fun. Until you all abuse me.
