Namely calling the private security firm who cover the site, reporting it to the police the next morning, emailing the management company for my block this morning, and posting a notice through every letterbox in the block urging them to either a) not shit in my lift again if they're the lift-shitter, or b) if they're not the lift-shitter, always report stuff like this rather than just go 'oh well'.
