Bought it for £3.50 the other day having first seen it ages ago and been meaning to ever since.
10/10 film like, but it made me realise how hard for directors to market their films it must be. The DVD cover is like "Lost In Translation - Everybody wants to be found" and the final part of the blurb is "they ultimately discover a new belief in life's possibilities."
I can understand targetting the rom-com market, but it's misleading.
But yeah, the atmosphere this film creates is gorgeous. The hum of the hotel. The soundtrack - especially the music at the very beginning. Ohhhhhhhhyes.
