Muscle needs time to repair itself.
it was like 3x12 reps one day then same next. Most of it was just cardio (38km on the bike ffs) and my legs are fine.
But yeah, lesson learned by my puny upper limbs.

Man, my 17km seems rather less impressive to myself now :(
so that's ok for me. Plus it was split up - 5km for warm up, weights and shit and then 33km on the bike for 60mins.
I'm dreading my next couple of visits, they're going to kill me. Playing football on Sunday was bad enough.
played 5-a-side on monday (making my 'glorious' comeback after a month out through injury). I was out of breath within five minutes and feeling sick by ten. Kinda knew then summat had to change.
