I've lost 10lb since the start of the year (so what's that - 8 weeks?). I'm not overweight but I've got a slender build for a tall guy and had built up a bit of a belly / an extra chin. I've been swimming and doing wii fit regularly but not religiously; i'm still eating three meals a day but not snacking between meals or buying stuff from the train station M&S on the way home. i haven't really given anything up.
I'm just slightly surprised that I've lost it so quickly. I read somewhere that you have to burn 3,500 calories just to lose a pound of weight. so either i've got a super-fast metabolism or i've got worms, or a massive tumour is growing inside me.
