i'm thinking of making some tonight for work's charity bake sale tomo, and wanted your thoughts/advice...
But the missus got the LaDuree recipe book for her birthday so I will give them a go eventually. I'm sure they're not as fiddly as the recipe look, but even getting an icing bag was a mission.
Mr LaDuree says it is absolutely essential to fridge them for at least 8 hours if not overnight and don't worry if they crack first time.
Other than that I have no real advice and only good luck to you.
Pistachio ones, they didn't look very round but tasted nice. Pretty horrified at how much butter went in though - could probably have something tastier and bigger for much less calories.
I used the Nigella recipe.
