Meths asked me to start this thread, not sure why he wouldn't do it himself but he said I'd get a better response, I don't believe him.
Who's got a griddle pan?
I have one, it's nice and weighty and cooks meat and veg an absolute treat (smokes like a travellers mum in law though). Trick for doing steak, cook on one side, then rotate that bastard (steak not pan) 90 degrees, cook a bit longer and then turn over and repeat. You'll get a nice chargrilled criss cross thing going on.
Is that good enough Meths?
P.S My team just a won a penalty shoot-out and I stepped up to bang in the first. Cos I'm that kind of guy.
