We got tickets have just completely wanked me over.
I was buying my Zonino!6® ticket and it took ages to process the payment and then the window froze. I checked my bank balance and the money had gone and there's no confirmation email and no history of it in 'my tickets' what the fuck?
The FAQ has no information on what to if this happens...
will the money just appear back in my account as it's not actually gone from the account, but my available balance has changed??
