beowulf: watchable shit or just shit?
does wikipedia founder jimmy wales have a tiny head or massive shoulders?
he's just another stuffy old shirt
Enjoy the visual.
anyway, they're currently covered up with thick thigh-high football type socks and a mixture of sudocrem & e45 cream. I smell damn...well, like a hospital, yeah.
mine flared up a few weeks ago, wasn't pleasant but I managed to get a prescription that sorted it out pretty quickly.
A prescription of what?
Fucibet more or less completely odourless and was pretty easy to apply, I only used it for a few weeks and it had a pretty quick effect.
I wasn't really a fan of them on paper but it has been very effective, however chances are chances they might prescribe you an alternative if you asked, or you could always try aloe vera.
it's been a long day
But when I couldn't get mine under control I got prescribed a very short (a week or less) course of very strong steroids. Since then I've barely had any flare ups, and nowhere near as bad as I used to. Much easier to keep at bay now.
I had it really bad last year and sorted it right out. Now just use it to keep things under control when the weather gets like this
I'm not sure whats wrong with me but I have just been stuffing cakes, biscuits and chocolate into my mouth over the last few weeks and can't seem to stop.
go with it - if you have a new man this is the perfect opportunity to tub out something staggering =D
What if he dumps me when I fatten up and then I am forever alone, living in my own filth?
Beowulf is hilariously rubbish. The poem is a lot better but doesn't have Ray Winstone hamming it up.
give jimmy wales a buck.
I think I'm going to be missing my seminars and a We Are Scientists gig tomorrow because of this fucking weather.
but I'll admit a large part of it's appeal is Tim Roth.
I've often thought bar the one gimmick whether that be hi-tech forensics in bones or micro expression detection, the recent crop of crime dramas are actually pretty interchangeable.
Part of the appeal is definitely the formula. It's so comforting. You know in bones you'll get:
-bickering couple who stumble on a corpse
-Brennan being all scientifical and bullying local law enforcement officials for tampering with evidence.
-the phrase "all of this needs to come back to the Jefforsonian!"
-a harrassed intern
-Hodgins getting excited about 'bugs and slime'
-Hodgine and intern doing ridiculous experiment
-Booth being cocky.
-A red herring. The person who obviously did it ends up they didn't do it.
-Massive flirting and sexual tension between booth and bones, commented on wryly by 12 year old psychologist (standard edition) or Stephen Fry (gold edition).
had relatively high hopes but it turned out to be a bit average.
Wasted Saturday night.
A friend of mine's been pestering me to watch it for a while. Didn't really live up to expectations. Like you say, pretty average.
but a friend of mine told me it was his favourite film ever and I couldn't see that at all.
