It absolutely shat it down last night in Newcastle.
3-4 inches on the ground this morning, my 5-a-side has been cancelled because of it, it's THAT BAD. Also getting the bus is no longer faster than walking.
It's not stopped either, it's been on/off all day.

I like the fact you included the cancellation of any important leisure activities...means we are all prepared for such eventualities.
