Does anyone know anything about official disciplinary procedures? I've checked out the DWP site on it but it basically seems there's no uniform set of procedures. Basically is there a definite set of actions that have to be followed or can they make up any load of shit in the contract?
Am facing one next week and I get the distinct feeling that it won't be a 'hearing', it'll just be an outright sacking, though I haven't been given any warnings. The 'head' of the company is coming and neither of my managers will be present, so I'm assuming they don't have to be there.
I've not been told what day the meeting is either.
