Autumn Internationals – Week III
Scotland, eh? I really like the Scottish rugby team, but I have no idea why – they’re as boring as watching paint dry. But anyone who defeats the Springboks by grinding them down Springboks-style is a friend of mine.
NZ doing their usual spurt of points in a small period of time and then not doing much else for 60 minutes. Ireland looked a lot better this week than they did last weekend, when I thought they might have jumped the shark. People talk about NZ playing their best rugby between world cups, but so do Ireland.
England looked ok again – Samoa are no mugs, despite being treated that way by some sections of the media, so a comfortable win is a good result for Engerlund.
Didn’t see the Wales game, but Fiji might be becoming something of a minor bogey team for them.
