and whilst cooked quickly and eaten on their own I think they'd be too sweet, left to cook slowly with red wine and lentil they were really tasty and unusual.
I don't really have a favourite though, I do like nice big German sausages with lots of mustard.

i love, LOVE sausages. just had a sausage casserole for lunch actually.

chorizo (with a spanish accent)
chirizo might make no. 4 on my list.
i dont love it as much as some people tho.

i'd read crombies did the best sausages so i went there. i bought some venison pear and calvados sausages. they were terrific.
and all the "but [insert non-sweet organic produce that is exclusively used as a vegetable] is a fruit" responses can take a run through a meat grinder.
but not as a sausage. pork and apple sausage...NEIN.
tuscan sausage. Pork with sage and other herbs. YUM.

Have you been to Cafe Rouge where they do a Merguez salad...its fucking lovely.
I'm a bit classier than that. That's like getting a Chicken and Chorizo wrap from a Wetherspoons, which a) I've been known to be and b) is rank.
