not that im into celeb threads, but fucking hell, poor woman :(
Must be beyond devastating once let alone twice.
remember an interview she did with lynn barber recently in which she said that all she wanted now was a house in the country and loads of kids running about...poor lass.
do they get it out?
I had a friend who miscarried at 7 months and they made her go full-term and with a natural childbirth
it's so grim, I wouldn't wish something like this on my worst enemy
it's WAY more common than you'd think though
after spending a total of 10 months being pregnant over a couple of years, she has to 'give birth' but doesn't get the expected child out of it.
argh, just horrible :(
anything over 24 weeks, is, i believe, considered a still birth.
My Mrs had a miscarrige and then 9 months later we lost our little boy at around 26 weeks, and it's beyond words how difficult it is. I had a little cry when i found out Lily allen lost another one.
that must have been hell
you and your Mrs have my utmost sympathies
nearly two years ago now, and whilst you don't ever really get over it, it kinda fades to the background after a while.
Awful. Mrs had to take some pills then just wait until they took effect and then it's like a really horrible nasty period. Fucking awful to watch as she was in tears, being sick, just a wreck really.
Even sadder that it's front page on the Metro. Christ, either he publicist is a cunt or some journo is.
stuff like this sells papers and it's the editor's job to sell papers - the cunt
but hurrah for capitalism and all that
And chances are it's her deciding she'd rather people know or something but it just seems bad that this is such public news.
but let's not let a legitimate news source mention it, huh?
I nearly coughed up my cornflakes
into a slagning match H_Y_G.
But given it's circulation and reach I decided to go with it, whatever you might query in its editorial content.
us internet randoms are having a conversation about it - and in the most part expressing our sympathies - whereas Metro are using her personal misfortune for profit - to increase circulation and sell advertising space
and although newspapers make their bread and butter from generally reporting on the gross misfortunes of others it does seem rather ugly to place the victim of such a personal misfortune front and centre in order to shore up the bank balance
I'm just wondering what the Jan Moir angle is going to be because obviously the victim's hedonistic excesses are to blame for blah bla bla bla bla ugh
