I'm just asking for little things, tips and tricks that might somehow contribute to a happier me. Basically, I need to spend less, and eat less (I weighed myself for the first time in a long time at the weekend. Big [fat] mistake). As of today, I am only spending £2 or less on lunch a day, which saves cash and makes it more difficult to buy pastries and Double Deckers. What other practical things will help? Notes on the fridge saying "fuck off fatty" and that sort of thing? Once I'm rich and skinny, everything else will fall into place.
