i guess breakfast will probably be pretty similar for most..
but my breakfast and lunch haven't changed for about a year now
breakfast: two shredded wheat, skimmed milk, raisins
lunch: two bits of toasted wholemeal bread, flora, low-fat laughing cow, six slices of cucumber on each piece of toast
i can honestly say they make my days worth living, and i'm not sure what i'd do if i couldn't have them...they are always a highlight. i'm not sure what this says about my life.
i need routine, i think.
also, tony benn has had the same cheap supermarket cheese and tomato pizza every day for like twenty years.
