diet vimto tastes the same as regular vimto (and i do have a discerning palette when it comes to these things)
as mentioned, low fat mayonnaise and philidelphia are fine

its a cheddar called 'Lescol' (i think its made by wyke farms) it has all the taste of a full fat mature cheddar but way less than half fat
I can only drink skimmed milk having been weaned onto semi and then skim before I had even hit puberty (my poor wee bones). Other than thta, I can't think of any that work. Oh, Lilt zero! :D

honestly. after a few months of buying the no added whatever/ low whatever you soon get used to it. so much so that 'standard' varieties taste too sweet/ salty.

Here's where I confess my deep shame: I use margarine (olive oil marge) instead of butter for 90% of my cooking. And it's light, too.

i don't really like anything 'reduced fat' because i feel like it'll have loads of additives in it to make up for the fat. my boyfriend says i'm just being silly though :(
where possible one should only eat the homemade stuff.
additives and E numbers aren't something to be worried about in comparison to the problems associated with too much fat and sugar in diets generally. why would mr tv doctor lie to me? he had a friendly face.
additives aren't necessarily a bad thing.
and i do a reasonable amount of exercise and eat healthily, so why bother having reduced fat stuff? I know it is a bit of a silly argument but i just feel better eating less of stuff like cheese and sweeties and stuff rather than eating low fat/sugar versions.
I also dabble with reduced sugar diluted drinks, sweeteners instead of sugar in tea & coffee, light mayo and reduced calorie olive oil spray.
My goodness. There is NO coming back from that i'm afraid.
