None of your table salt muck for me thank you very much. Maldon sea salt all the way.
I even have a pretentious little pot next to my oven that I keep the salt in. Lovely to break up betwixt thumb and finger and shower down into that cheeky little casoulet you've got bubbling away and nice to keep whole and placed delicately on top of those caramel brownies you've just whipped up.
