Mushrooms are so damn delicious. I'm perfectly happy to eat them sauteed alone in olive oil, with maybe some salt and pepper, but I can't do that all the time (well, I can, but I shouldn't). What are some great, uncommon recipes that star the mushroom?
PS: Did you know that a mushroom would start decomposing you if you were to hold it for long (like, days) enough? Or so says my chef friend--I'm too lazy to delve into the internets for backup.
