They sell it in my local Asda which is in v.working class area. It's so working class, they only have one type of chorizo and coffee beans.

I had fennel with trout the other day. it was ok but i wouldn't have said it was an ideal match
but it has grown on me. I prefer it fresh as the aniseedyness is less potent. Used subtly, it is really delicious. Some of my friends who are mothers take fennel capsules to help their breasts lactate. This knowledge makes me a little wary with my use of it as an ingredient, for some reason.

They also do things involving cabbage leaves and raspberry leaf. Honestly, fuck all of that nursing palaver.
