I'm a bit pissed off as someone I work with is getting paid double of what I get and does exactly the same job. The only difference is she is in her 40s and I am in my 20s. We both manage other people; have the same responsibilities yet because of her age I get paid over 20 grand less than her a year.
I am not sure if I should ask for a pay rise or put up and shut up. I know it is not really my buisness finding out what she gets but now I have found out and it's made me really angry.
Is this not age discrimination?
