Cheers for 2005, big man.
but he basically retired years ago.
indeed, cheers for 2005.
i hope he doesn't become a fat washed-up alcoholic notable for emotional turbulence though
he's living it up in Dubai. His wife is hott as well./
(With patches of brilliance in between 2006 - 2009).
His performance at Lords must be one of the most overstated in recent memory. A weak tail end chasing a hideously unlikely target gets a lesson from an ageing and largely ineffective Flintoff? Onions did the damage in the first innings; Flintoff gets the glory. No fair.
One of those fairytale endings you only get in sport
Stuart Broad ripping through them on the 2nd day at the Oval though? Now THAT's what gets me stiff.
i heart broady
I was at Lords on Day 5 facing into Flintoff and I have to say his bowling was truly terrifying
But yeah it was the only good session he had in the entire series really... nice to be reminded of him at his fearsome best but Straussy and Onions did the lions share of the business in that test; not Freddie.
god bless you, freddy.
pretty much guaranteed a spot now on Sky Sports Cricket team for life.
should be banished to the pantomime cricket of 20/20. And can we just forget about Nick Knight altogether.
I mean, they have employed Botham for about two decades
