So, yesterday I got an exercise bike. I won't bore you (much) with the tales of trying to put it together with laughably crap instructions, or how they sent me a white one when I ordered black, but I would like to ask some advice.
I just want to know how much work I can expect to do on it. I am pretty unfit at the moment - I walk about four miles a day commuting, but I don't do any proper energetic exercise. I'm also slightly overweight. Will it matter if I just go at the bike and pedal till I feel sick every night? (My current plan) Or should I have some sort of schedule of set amounts, and so on? I don't really have a clue.
