rank every tv series you've seen every episode of
LOST
Twin Peaks
The Office (US)
Freaks And Geeks
Breaking Bad
The Wire
Arrested Development
Summer Heights High
Extras
The West Wing
The Office
Friends
Think that's all of them but sure I will've forgotten some. Getting there with Mad Men at the moment, would probably be somewhere near the bottom. Getting there with Northern Exposure too, and if the quality maintains that of the first 3, it'll probably be second from top.
aiming to get through Big Love, Sopranos, In Treatment. Quantum Leap and The Twilight Zone too are appealing, despite me not knowing anything about them.

GILMORE GIRLS
probably just above The Wire.
tempted to re-post this with the correction
this one would only appear then though.
Gilmore Girls too!
Then 24
then nothing else. Mad Men, soon.
add to that Peep Show
cba putting these in order of favourite, so will just rank each individually
Red Dwarf - great
Father Ted - mostly great
Angel - ok when it's funny
Buffy - great bar series 5
Friends - hit and miss, over-played on tv
Sex and the City - good, but silly
Fawlty Towers - great
Peep Show - great, can't wait for more
Shameless - was great but is now turning into a soap
Jonathan Creek - always fantastic
oh, The Office as well - fantastic, but have to watch it in bulk not just one episode at a time
no
+ studio 60 on the sunset strip.
just above friends.

is Entourage still top notch in the later seasons?
Not even close.
no
its pretty much terrible. It suffers from the same thing 24 suffers from in that, you notice how formulaic it is after about 3 or 4 seasons. There isnt anything which could be considered a joke in later seasons yet all the characters still laugh and the latest season has possibly one of the worst side plots ever to make it onto tv. Ari is really the only good thing about it, yet i continue watching it. There is some nice boobs in the later season though.
:(
i love Ari and boobies and hollywood tho so i'll make an effort to watch it anyway
I gotta disagree
Seventh season — or what I've seen, at least (first 6 eps) — is probably not as top notch, but it's far from terrible
This was hard:
= Arrested Development
= Friday Night Lights
30 Rock
Mad Men
The Office US (This would probably be much higher if it wasn’t for the last season)
Breaking Bad
The Wire
The Shield
The Sopranos
Father Ted
Freeks and Geeks
Seinfeld
Curb Your Enthusiasm
The Office Uk
Justified
Community
The West Wing
It’s always Sunny in Philadelphia
Parks and Recreation
Gilmore Girls
Peep Show
It’s always Sunny in Philadelphia
Lost
Treme
Eastbound and Down
Battlestar
Fringe
How I Met Your Mother
Red Dwarf
Weeds
Studio 60
Entourage
Modern Family
Better Off Ted
The IT Crowd
Big Love
True Blood
I’m also sure I must’ve seen every episode of Becker/Kings of Queens/Everybody Loves Raymond\Friends as I used to watch them every day before/after work. They’ll all be well towards the bottom.
damn, you son's of bitches sure watch a lot of tv
Peep show.
- '
not gonna bother ranking them
because that's stupid (too hard). just gonna be a pointless list pretty sure I've seen every episode of the following:
Wire
Deadwood
Mad Men
Generation Kill
Brotherhood
Spiral
Justified
Studio 60
all episodes of Dexter broadcast in England
Comedy:
Peep Show
Father Ted
Black Books
It Crowd
Malcolm in the Middle
Nathan Barley
Mighty Boosh
Futurama
all broadcast episodes of Grandma's House and Better off Ted
probably others I can't think of
futurama at the bottom?
get out
"not gonna bother ranking them"
it would be near the top of the comedy section if I did
No idea what series I've seen every episode of - no way I'd remember them
but anyone who pus Extras over Friends is batshit insane. And anyone who puts Extras over the Office is batshit insaner.
northern exposure
twin peaks
buffy
friends
arrested development
curb
firefly
dawsons creek
quantum leap's probably in there but can't be certain i've seen every episode. Earlier this year I bought bootleg dvd's of every northern exposure episode just to get the original music, money well spent
OK
1. Seinfeld
2. The Office (UK)
3. Peep Show
4. The Office (USA)
5. Sopranos
6. Six Feet Under
7. Twin Peaks
8. Fawlty Towers
9. Frasier
10. Murder One
Not sure these are in the right order...
Pob
The Prisoner
Willo The Wisp
Eurotrash
My Family
Channel 4 News
The Gadget Show
Eldorado
I'm never out.
Tbh, it's a typo.
Should actually say Keeping Up Appearances.
Difficult
The Sopranos
The Wire
Arrested Development
Twin Peaks
Band of Brothers
Friends
The Shield
The Office
Father Ted
Due South
Peep Show
Jonathan Creek
The Day Today
Blackadder
Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
Green Wing
I think I've seen all of Frasier and CSI Vegas as well, but I'm not sure. They'd both be near the top if I have. Mad Men didn't get onto the list because I know there are episodes I haven't seen yet, but it'd probably be 2nd.
I thought this would be an interesting exercise
but soon realised that more than 30 years of serious TV viewing would make it impossible.
I mean, can I really call Mad Men over 21 Jump Street?

Only shows I'm 100% sure I've seen all episodes of
are Fawlty Towers and Buffy. I'd rank them in that order.
Oh, I must have seen every episode of Spaced
'cos I own the boxset and there aren't many of them. So ...
Fawlty Towers
Spaced
Buffy (aged really badly)
Buffy aged badly?!
no way! just rewatched it earlier this year, for about the 5th time, and still loved it. Even Buffy's 6th and 7th season whine-fests seemed less annoying this time round.
Father Ted
I don't tend to watch whole series of things, I get bored too easily.
But My list would go something like
League Of Gentlemen
Gilmore Girls
Friends
= the wire
= mad men
lost
twin peaks
big love
king of the hill
in treatment
futurama
true blood
freaks and geeks
my so-called life

boasting about what series I've watched is one of my favourite things to do.
you've seen every episode of the Simpsons?
there are at least 8 seasons I haven't seen any of
I think I have anyway.
maybe not the last few eps of season 21 actually. but fuck it, its still the best thing ever made. don't argue.
THE WIRE definitely top
Closely followed by Arrested Development and the rest are in this sort of order:
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Seinfeld
Breaking Bad
The Sopranos
Lost
Futurama
Six Feet Under
The Office
The Thick of It
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
The West Wing
Extras
The Day Today

Oh
forgot Fawlty Towers
throw that in the middle someplace. Sometimes I still hear Sybil yelling "Basil!" in my dreams. True fact. And I wake up laughing. :)
Oh
and House too.
Though I gave up on it this season. But it was so good for so long, I feel compelled to mention it.

Erm, how come I'm the only one here who has seen every episode of
Homicide: Life On The Street?!
That was fantastic! The Wire is basically a spin-off series of that!
Update
The Sopranos
Arrested Development
The Wire
**Six Feet Under**
Twin Peaks
**The West Wing**
Band of Brothers
Friends
**Treme**
The Shield
The Office
**The Office (US)**
Father Ted
Due South
Peep Show
Jonathan Creek
The Day Today
Blackadder
Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
Green Wing
Somehow forgot I've seen all of the West Wing last time I did this list, which is awesome but sags a bit towards the end. Working through Curb at the moment, likely to follow it with Friday Night Lights.
Oh bugger
I've seen all of Mad Men now, that can go between Arrested Development and the Wire. Seen all of Breaking Bad too, that'd probably go between Twin Peaks and the West Wing.
Something like
Six Feet Under
Mad Men
The Thick Of It
The Good Wife
Buffy The Vampire Slayer
Black Mirror
Scrubs
The IT Crowd
The Inbetweeners
Ugly Betty
The Mighty Boosh
This list would be longer but there's quite a few shows I abandoned and I'm only now catching up with them.
I like this thread
Friends
Band of Brothers
Prison Break
Lost
Spartacus: Blood and sand & Gods of the Arena
Buffy
Peep Show
Blackadder
The Inbetweeners
The Fresh Prince of Bel Air
The Pacific (Really wasn't impressed with this series)
That's all I can think of at the moment.
Well...

Curb Your Enthusiasm
The Sopranos
Mad Men
Six Feet Under
Lost
Seinfeld
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
The Office UK

Futurama
The West Wing
Parks and Recreation
Extras
Can't be bothered to think of any more, all the above are varying degrees of brilliant though.
full list
The Wire
Sopranos
Curb
BoB
Mad Men
Larry Sanders
Generation Kill
Rome (although it was very silly in places)
can't rank them but:
the sopranos - never seen anything quite like it.
south park - still going, still great.
curb your enthusiasm - love it. so much better than seinfeld.
the wire - although it is terribly over-written in places, and took a major misstep in its final season.
flight of the conchords - always cheers me up.
garth marenghi - underrated, overlooked gem. matt holness needs to stop sulking about its failure to find an audience at the time and make something as brilliant as this again.
generation kill - it's cool.
band of brothers - like the men it portrays: flawed in places but still does something magnificent.
mad men - too cool.
boardwalk empire - stunning finale, brilliantly weird characters, and has real potential going into its 3rd season.
futurama - matt groening is a genius.
every simpsons episode that matters - and despite seeing them twenty times apiece, they still make me laugh.
deadwood - epic.
there's more but i can't think.
