could any of you fine people advise me on some excercise i can take while my ankle is out of service?
i'm gonna have to stay of the achilles for a few weeks. i start to feel it niggle after 10 mins if i do a fast paced walk, so it needs more rest i guess.
but i don't want to stop excercise full-stop. problem being, you use your legs for most stuff, right?
so any tips as to what i could do to feel like i'm still doing something and not going backwards...
only idea i had was swimming with a float between my legs. but i'm a really shit swimmer and i'd have to shell out for memberships and goggles and a hat and all that lark. and i don't want to excercise in a public arena.
anything else i can do?
