MSG
Anyone see the programme about E numbers last night? Turns out that MSG only fucks you up if you have a problem with glutamates. These occur naturally in parmesan, tomatoes, mushrooms and shit and we process them in exactly the same way. If you can handle those then you can handle MSG.
It was also proven (conclusively) that it makes everything taste better.
I want to get a sack of MSG. Anyone ever used any?
