Writes good books, no?
but it is BRILLIANT. I wish he was my friend :(
P.S. Thanks for not saying "No."
But I find him a bit irritating these days, something about him seems a lot more forced than it used to
but I've heard it's not quite as good.
Actually, that's not fair, the early post-Gorman books weren't bad and by all accounts he was a very good comedy writer and radio producer, but you do get the impression he's still trying to find his job.
..he never really fulfilled his early promise when he moved from Southampton to Man Utd.
he asked if he could see mr p. wallatchi to talk about a car accident they'd been in... someone said no one of that name works here. he wanted philip wallace. must of thought he'd been stitched up like a right pickled kipper.
IS A FUCKING GORMAN APING QUIFF TUFT CUNT OF THE HIGHEST ORDER
once my flatmate screamed "WALLAAAAAAAAAAAAACE!!!!!!!" out the window and he turned around and looked really paranoid when he couldn't figure out where it'd come from
I picked up Friends Like These to read on holiday and was slightly embarressed by how loudly I laughed in public. I then read Yes Man which was even better and am just coming to the end of Join Me. He's so much funnier in his writing than on TV, I was really suprised.
