i've upped my run to thirty minutes...(ten x 2 minute runs, mixed with 1 minute walks in between....i'm doing that 8 week programme where you walk and run and increase each week)
and i've started to feel it a bit in the back of both legs (calves?)
i've iced them and stretched them on my rest days...
thing is, i don't really want to wait till they feel completely fresh, as i'll get behind on my routine.
so, any tips as to how to make them better?
