only doing a 15 minute run a day, like....small tatties in the big scheme, but it's a steady progression for me who hasn't moved a muscle in two years
anyway....that feeling of being able to do something active and not feel like you're on death's door at the end of it, to exert yourself, push yourself....i think i get slightly more high from it each evening.
my target is 1/2 hour jogs everyday by september.
anyway....do YOU like exercise? is it possible to enjoy it and not sound like a wanker?
