Always on the couch, never on the bed.
I'm not a wuss like you people.
Theo, you washout, MTFU and do what everyone else does by staying upuntil you hallucinate and COLLAPSE where you FUCKING STAND.
the only way you can properly have a nap is to undress and get into bed. like night-time, but in the afternoon and only for an hour or so.
You're fucked up.
Napping in full daytime attire is the only way. Maybe removal of jeans, MAYBE.
"You must sleep some time between lunch and dinner, and no half measures. Take off your clothes and get into bed. That's what I always do."
I do, but rarely on the sofa.
Sofa is better though.
Napping with a friend, a la Joey and Ross, can be quite nice but is fraught with issues.
I'm basically rubbish at sleeping so trying to nap anywhere is impossible. This is at it's most galling on long journeys anywhere.
What I wouldn't give to be able to blitz through a flight or long car trip with a lovely nap.
not too bothered really
I got into a great routine last year of getting home from work about 7, straight to bed for disconap, up at 9, shower, grab some food, and in the pub for 10, for several hours of happy times. I couldn't have had the year I had last year without those naps, but i've probably still shaved a few years off my life anyway.
If only the search function worked, then I could find it.
but I'm not sure without sleep.
THEN MY MUM PICKED ME UP AND MADE ME GO TO SCHOOL.
you did. admit it.
It took its toll on my body, but on the other hand I got to see a lot of the Spice Girls, so, you know, swings and roundabouts.
then slept for 4 hours and had to get up again
nowhere. People will be so impressed with my record they wont care about your caffeine-free lame attempt.
ontop of bed fully clothed but with curtains closed for proper mid afternoon extreme fatigue naps is also acceptable
the perils of being a night-shift worker. but going to bed for a nap is dangerous cos it can easily turn into a 14-hour kip
I feel TERRIBLE after a nap, for ages too.
buses, cars, trains, classes, bed, even standing up
when my boyfriends there. Its either that i'm relaxed around him, or he's really boring. I haven't decided yet.
