it takes ages to get going physically when you wake up?
even after a festival or something like that? crazy
i'm coming off 2 or 3 weeks of regular sleep deprivation. you have to catch up on your sleep debt at some stage. and since i had a night off work...
i'd put it down to your body being designed for only about 8 hours sleep, so any more and it doesn't know what to do with itself
