it does work though. Amazing the difference you can get in a short period of time.
As for BMF, no actual experience of it, but I've seen them at Finsbury Park and Bushy Park on Saturday mornings when doing these - www.parkrun.com . They amuse me. Do seem popular though :)
I got to 25 on my test run so should be there in no time. I got the iphone app for it to keep me from getting bored haha.
