I was a complete little shit. Well I was always polite to people in shops and to parents and teachers, but started going the wrong way/getting into trouble with the police etc, but good ole military school sorted that out.

also when you talked about how checking the chicken was defrosted is real important then edited out the bit where you checked was pretty good

well I've just started a new programme now that will add size. I'm not exactly weedy though and the T-shirt I was wearing didn't help, but I haven't been aiming for size.

Its just the logical conseqeunce of the shitload of protein you eat is extra muscle mass. I know for me it is. Different people, different bodies though.
I emphasize cardio, because it's what I enjoy doing most and imo running is one of the best things you can do to keep fit.
I do lighter weights and more reps in order to have leaner muscle, although now I've moved into heavier weights, super sets etc etc
and if you have too much protein you just piss it out anyway.
I do a lot of exercise anyway so I don't need to worry about that.

An army training piece? nah, people aren't interested in that and I don't have a weapon.
