I forgot that that was a certified sandwich today and put them together using culinary thinking alone

I like to think of condiments of a family.
Brown sauce is the dad, mayo the mum, mustard the grandad, tomato sauce the disappointing emo son, and salad cream the slutty daughter.
I'm stuck for who the grandmother is though.

Chorizo and baby tomatoes with honey mustard dressing
Fish fingers with ketchup
