what's the best way of approaching it with your landlord?
despite the fact we've cut all the heating and dryers down since the last bill. which was 400.
turns out one FUCKHEAD was forgetting to turn the immersion off. there was no more offers of tea for him, let me tell you.
and you're never allowed into the attic, I'd just go straight to the police.
Ours were wired back to front so they were on for 21 hours a day rather than the three hours we'd set them for. After we got a very large bill, we told our landlords we were certain the bill was incorrect, they refused to check it out, turns out we were right.
cos you'd notice if the heaters were on 21 hours a day
Landlords also took a lot of bricks out of our house, so house was freezing all winter, even with 21 hours of heat a day.
