I want to know why people appear to be really keen to have David Miliband as the new Labour leader. As far as I can tell, all he has going for him is good looks and the fact that he comes from a pretty politicised family...
As foreign secretary, he has been responsible for/knew of lots of Labour's crap decision-making concerning anything related to civil liberties.
Stuff like allowing "extraordinary rendition" (lol) flights to allow in the UK, covering up evidence of terror suspects being tortured, placing terrorist suspects under control orders (where their legal team are not allowed to see the evidence against their clients, as it is deemed a threat to security blablalblallblalalblalblallba)
Srsly, somebody plz explain. What is so good about David Miliband?
