What is this feeling? Do I need some sugar in my body or something?
i sleep and sleep and sleep and feel worse than i did before i slept.
Then woke up at 1 and been all achey and frustrated since then, boo
your body sleeps in cycles. so if you wake up at the end of a cycle, you feel awake and refreshed, but if you wake up in the middle of one then you just feel crabby and rubbish.
I kid you not. Meant to wake you up at the correct part of your cycle.
have a coke or something.
and i still have to do all those things.
and woke up feeling very dizzy and the room was spinning. i've felt like it all day :(
Always happens to me when I try to sleep through a hangover. Get some food and drink in you and you'll be grand
wake up mid cycle and you be stuck in a state where your body isn't able to operate properly, the trick is to nap for a bit
