Get it diagnosed.
Get a better office chair/mattress in the meantime.

Have you actually been diagnosed? Physio might help, but if it's actually RSI you'll need to change whatever it is that's causing it- see an occupational health person or something.
I have joint hypermobility in my shoulders. Basically, if I work out I'm fine - the muscle compensates for my frankly shoddy connective tissue.
2 - I had RSI in my left wrist from typying, but it's gone now (after 2 months). Hope.
