People who run in the morning - what's your routine?
Do you get up, run, then come back and eat breakfast?
Or do you eat first?
I try to stay in bed for as long as I can every day which tends to leave me with about 30 mins to get washed, dressed and go to Uni. I run every night but I wanna start going in the morning too.
But I'm not a big breakfast person (apart from on weekends). It's usually just some Weetos and straight out. The idea of running on them sloshing around everywhere is most unappealing.
What's the secret?
