Anyone got it?
It's £6.99, I'm very tempted.
It looks quite good.
i'm all about Angry Birds at the moment
But it's got to be doodlejump for me. Ridiculously addictive
It's stupidly addictive, and I can't even work out why.
Like 6 stars from 3 starring the whole of the first set
and before I knew it I'd finished about 15 levels, and had pins and needles in my legs from leaning on them
plus apparently I needed a mammoth poo, so top marks
I think I may have to revise that judgement.
holy shit. my itouch is finally gonna be worth having.
I'm waiting for one of you fuds to buy it and tell us if it's any good or not before I splash the cash.
So come on, one of you buy and give us a review.
(away draw to spurs, home win against mk dons, as newcastle)
The interface reminds me of "old fashioned" championship manager, back in the late 90's, with the big buttons and text-centric match presentation (highlights appear in slightly sluggish 2D, but that can be turned off)
All of the modern-day player screens are there (contract, history, happiness, etc)
Assistant team/player reports are all in there too.
Can't seem to find a way to change the formation, only the team tactics.
Pretty good so far though.
as i'm very tempted.
can someone confirm please you can get it on the itouch? can you play it offline?
and I played it on the tube
I should play it some more on the way home but I also got Angry Birds and that's a little addictive.
Please bring out an Android version.
Quick and not as basic as you'd expect. Bit fiddly working out where things are initially, would be nice to save formation/tactics but no big deal. Thumbs up from me.
Worth a download?
a free Lite version available through the App store so anyone can give it a try, yeah? Yeah?
It's shite, keep your cash
Essentially, it's not very good.
You can't save formations, swapping players around mid game is highly tricky and it illogically often puts players in positions they'd never normally go anywhere near. Plus, too many patterns were repeating themselves after just a few games. I had about 7 players injured in training by week 4.
Also, if players are unhappy, give them a nice word and they play well for 2 weeks, get cocky, play badly and then demand a transfer in 3 games time. EVERY TIME.
It's got potential and the scouting / database is great, but the interface isn't good enough as yet.
the interface, for the most part, works okay. menus are fine and the buttons are in good places... until you have to make your team. why can't you drag? why won't it go to portrait to show the full pitch? why can't i click on peoples names like in the big one? i like it a lot for what it show it can do but what it can't is a big list.
i'll stick to the main version tbf.
as I work for SI but not on the handheld version but have you tried it since the software update a few weeks ago? Think a few of the issues have been ironed out a bit.
