My hate for female Guardian ''journalists'' (part 44454545353)

So here’s Mangan living out her pretty-girl fantasies through the manufactured eccentricity of Winkleman and her shredded fringe. Lucy needs to hold onto Claudia as a totem of prime-time titillation (for the boys) and karaoke la-la (for the girls) because Lucy looks like a sullen eyed no-mark using passive-aggressive sexuality to woe the men who notice she’s wearing blusher for the first time. The men are scared, but Lucy's trying. She shreds her fringe as good as Winkle.
Mangan has desperation oozing from her ''love me'' pores.
