I will have the easter fitness stuff out very soon.
I've had to change what I'm doing a little, because I've sustained a slight back injury so there is less emphasis on gym based stuff so it will mainly be home work outs etc, but if anyone requires any workouts for the gym I have some good hypertrophy stuff already prepared to hand out. Equally if anyone wants any endurance or strength programmes I can probably sort something out.
PMing me is probably the best thing if you want to follow the easter programme as it's easier than sifting through the post.
