Red tie or black tie. Or grey.
It's for a job at a business magazine tomorrow. Exciting.
Yogi Bear socks. You can't fail.
Black is too serious, grey too forgettable. Red will make you stand out.
but red tie really.
wore a black tie with a dark suit and white shirt to an interview once. thought i was being dead stylish (reservoir dogs and that). was asked if i had a funeral to attend after the interview. obv didnt get *that* job.
and they were utter, utter cunts.
...from one of my managers is that the person interviewing you shouldn't be able to remember the specifics of what you were wearing if they were questioned about it the next day.
In short - draw as little attention to yourself through your appearance as possible.
canary yellow pimpsuit is the order of the day. red tie.
red, without a doubt. Just don't wear fucking braces too otherwise I will feel personally indebted to come over to your sweet country and shove them somewhere painful :)
I never wear braces.
cos the last guy who did got his balls busted :)
where the employers thought people in ties were 'goons'.
And it's only a short uni internship, so can we swap paycheques?
or any professional job it is very normal to wear a suit and tie to an interview. It's surprising that you don't know this.
Red tie a bit political. Business mag folk are gonna be tories..
WHY DO YOU ASSUME THAT. but its boring, if true.
we don't have Tories over here.
I keep forgetting about your lucky charms
What has anyone ever done of any worth in a beige tie?
Light blue tie, white shirt. Done.
