I'm devising the ultimate 3 week workout routine which aims to blast body fat and tone up through increasing endurance. I'm also making up a diet plan too.
I'm happy to send it out to a couple of people who may be interested and we can share the pros and cons of the routine and motivate each other too. It's a great chance to get fit too and if we do it at the same time we can map progress to help push us further.
I would do this with my mates at uni, but they're all pretty much half way through different routines or don't want to try something like this.
