I am. This will be first FF experience, I've only attempted FF XII before and didn't like it, although at 15 (or however old I was) it wasn't my kind of game. It required too much patience for one thing. Desperately waiting for payday as I've got literally no money apart from transports costs for the next few days but when Friday comes along I'm getting this and Heavy Rain, maybe the guide as well, it looks really useful and pretty :) considering I won't understand what I'm doing it could be a good purchase.

There's bound to be a few hardcore fans of the series on here so what are your hopes and expectations for the latest game in the series?
