We get it.
You're fucking fat.
I demand compensation.
He'd be looking over your shoulder for someone more famous to be seen with. That's how he comes across to me anyway. Smug too.
I like Reg Hunter.
Actually, that's unfair - I'm sure she has 2 jokes.
"well i saw him on a lovely sunny day on primrose hill near camden, he was relaxing there with a few mates, and i asked him for an autograph for my mum as she's the worlds biggest fan of gav and stace! and said "hey there my mum loves you in gavin and stacey could you sign this for her please?" and he went "your mums a massive fan? what about you?" ...and i said "well i've seen a few episodes and i quite like it" and then he said "you QUITE like it?" and i said "yeah" and he said "i'm not going to sign something for someone who (whilst doing the hand quotation style thing) "quite likes" it, now move on" so i told him he won't get no more jobs being a dickhead like that and then he told me to fuck off back to scummy north! Then i walked off, i would have retaliated but it'd probably have been in reveal mag the next day so decided to leave it. never met such a cunt in my life. his mates were all extremely apologetic to me and said sorry on his behalf, his mates were really nice, but he's obviously a dickhead."
He's just a more famous version of bamos.
The following are far more offensive:
Russell Howard (in fact all of mock the week).
but I'll overlook the specifics in favour of it being broadly the correct answer.
made me laugh. Would read again.
...Stephen. K. Amos.
Absolutely razor sharp with his gags.
But they span it out for 50% longer than they oughtta.
This might have something to do with the fact that the Pamela character is essentially my mum.
It's really quite touching at times, too.
This might have something to do with the fact that I'm a sap.
and it's mainly due to the great Rob Brydon.
I liked it all.
Corden outside of that though... he's occasionally mirthful, but... 'small doses' is probably the best way to put it.
but he's got an adorable laugh. I can't help chuckling along with him, then I get annoyed with myself for it.
:resolves not to get tricked into falling for it again:
troll is go!
I suddenly like you a lot more.
I ate him
Have at ye.
He was fat, if my memory serves me correctly.
No surprise, truth be told. Watching England play in a normally cracking pub but being surrounded by twunts shouting "I'd rather be a Paki than a Turk" was the end of me bothering to make the effort to watch the the English national team in a pub. I didn't make a stand, I just haven't gone back. Voted with my wallet innit. As far as I can tell, Scotland international matches don't really have that problem, unless it's against England. And even then I've not seen it be quite as visceral as the aforementioned piece of chanting.
The booing of the opposing national anthem (most recently against Germany) is juvenile as fuck. Do other countries do that? I've not heard it or been tuned into it if they do.
I deduce this is the very idiot nadir of popular culture as we know it and things can only improve from now on.
