i've decided i need to be more like christopher hitchens and this coincided with being really bored of beer and sick of cider in the home....so i think i should start on el vino

but how in hell do you know what to go for?

shiraz?...merlot?.....what do they do then?

any tips, advice, etc.

obviously i'll only be spending about 5/6/7 quid on a bottle...and i'm a red man
