I'm watching Archer on Fiver. It's brilliant.
unsurprisingly he's a massive cunt
- the boy who sued his school for £3000 because he stubbed his toe playing football
- the man who sued for £6000 because he cut his face shaving
- going around rocking out pathing stones until they become 'dangerous'
- suing a school because you fell over running in the parents race at sports day
- lots of selfish scrounging shitheads
they really are literally ambulance chasing
I can't believe the courts would award someone for stubbing their tow or falling over in a parents race. Is this set in the UK? As I don't think personal injury claims are that opening, I mean I haven't practiced yet, nor is PI an area I am interested in, but from what I have studied it doesn't sound like the UK.
i feek your ferosity bru
they really are leeches
i dont know whether i hate the claimants or the lawyers more though, they are kindof equally as bad.
also, although pathetic, is it as bad to claim from a massive multinational than it is a council or a school? its certainly shitty to make massive claims against councils or schools i think.
i really think blame culture is having a massive negative effect on society as a whole
To make people think we have a blame culture, I wouldn't be surprised if lots of organisations get away with a lot and anything that makes them more accountable and take responsibility is a good thing, ultimatly these things have to be proven so if there is a problem with false claims it's the courts to blame
but it just seems like it's a whole industry geared towards people are too stupid or selfish to take any responsibility for their own actions and the vultures ready to feed off their bullshit.
are usually enough to have any right thinking person thinking 'it's your own bloody fault for not paying attention you mong'
then they sue work or the council or who've and I guarantee that they're the same sort of twists you see in voxpops complaining when the council has to cut the frequency of rubbish collections due to a lack of funding or that some business or other has to put up their prices to cover the costs of these frivolous crybaby timewasters.
But think the system overall is probably fair and that these types of cases are publicised because it's in the interests of the powerful to undermine these types of laws, I do think in most situations public sector should be treated differently
fair enough in cases like that bit if your an old man walking down the road and trip on a pavingstone you really need to be more careful. obviously he was badly hurt but when you get to a certain age you need to realise that if you fall over your probably going to hurt yourself badly and be a bit more careful. or that twat on the advert "i was actually given the wrong type of ladder" well fucking say something then. just cuz someone gives you a ladder doesnt mean you have to use it.
