i wasn't expecting that.
but it was like the Espace Killy for 30 seconds there.
the novelty of cycling from newmarket road to the station on a lasagne of compacted snow and black ice soon wears off.
the countryfile weather forecast said that there would be such light sleet/snow for most of the week, there may be a few inches accumulated in the east come the end of the week, but i doubt it.
i do rather want some more snow. as frustrating as it is, it does make life a bit more interesting, and i gety to hear the two really annoying old men who sit over there <--- taslking about how one day one of them said they didn't think it would snow, then it snowed 8 inches, so they're never going to say it's not going to snow again, because it will instantly make it snow, cause they are that good at saying it won't snow. they've honestly told everyone in Reading about this, most people have been told an average of 5 times, those who sit near them have probably had to hear the story about 77 times, and it's probably going to end up with someone being buried in snow.
now its glorious sunshine. Huh?
